Public Notice Gun Plain Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals
To: the residents and property owners of the Charter Township of Gun Plain, Allegan County, Michigan and any other interested persons.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Gun Plain Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday September 23, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Gun Plain Charter Township Hall, located at 381 8th St., Plainwell, Michigan for the purpose of taking comments pertaining to the request of Carl & Linda Sparks, 921 Miller Road Plainwell, Michigan 49080 for a variance to create an additional lot split on Parcel #03-08-020-004-50.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that written comments will be received from any interested person at the Township Office, 381 8th St., P.O. Box 146, Plainwell, Michigan 49080, up to and including the date of the public hearing and may also be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the public hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that Gun Plain Township will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the hearing to individuals with disabilities upon seven (7) days written notice to the Township Clerk at 381 8th St., P.O. Box 146, Plainwell, Michigan 49080 or by phone 269-685-9471 or fax 269-685-5169.
ZBA will also have on the agenda variance request from Dustin Hubbell, 772 Doster Road, Plainwell, Michigan 49080 for a variance for a 5 foot side yard and 5 foot rear yard setback. Parcel #03-08-013-001-30.
ZBA will be looking at an Ordinance interpretation of Chapter 5 Section 5.04 (c)at the meeting.
